公告婚讯 | Wedding Announcement

婚礼要尽早准备的事情还真不少，土拨鼠开始感觉愈来愈忙了。
只好利用午餐的时间写下了邀请函准备用电邮发出去给亲朋戚友。通过这样的方式公告婚讯不但可以统计大概可以出席婚礼的人数而且还可以预算酒席的数量。

Dear Friends,
I will be getting married end of this year 6th December 2009 (Sunday). There would be a dinner held on 25th December 2009 (Friday) which coincides with Christmas. Here we would like to cordially invite all of you to our wedding dinner.

Please find the information as stated below.

We sincerely hope that you could reply this mail with your mailing address and contact numbers in order for me to pass you the cards. In an event I could not pass you the cards personally, please accept this email as my personal invitation to the wedding and I sincerely hope that you could take some time off from your busy schedule to attend this meaningful occasion in my life.

Both Axwind (in case you don’t know, he is the groom to be) and my self sincerely hope that you would be there to grace our wedding. We strongly believe that your presence with your family would definitely add more joy and happiness at our wedding.
